Chair FAQ
Answers about Boost ergonomic and gaming chairs: comfort, sizing, assembly, delivery and support.
Which Boost chair should I choose?
Choose by daily sitting hours, body support need, recline preference, footrest need and budget. Throne and Supreme are premium comfort picks, while Surge Pro, Apex, Nova, Synergy and other models fit different budget and setup needs.
Do Boost chairs need assembly?
Yes. Chairs are delivered packed safely and require basic assembly. The main parts are seat, backrest, armrests, base, wheels and gas lift. If you need help, message Boost on WhatsApp and support will guide you.
Are Boost chairs good for long sitting?
The chair range is designed for work, study and gaming sessions. For longer sitting, compare lumbar support, seat cushion, back recline, armrests and footrest before choosing.
Do gaming chairs have footrests?
Some Boost chair models include a footrest and some do not. Check the product page specification before checkout, or ask Zaara to recommend a chair with footrest.
What if a part is missing or damaged?
Keep the packaging and message Boost support with your order number, photos and a short video if possible. The team will verify and guide the next step.
Do chairs come with warranty?
Eligible Boost chairs include local warranty support. Warranty depends on normal use, product condition and proof of purchase.
